Shipping & Returns
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping rates, taxes, and duties are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please be aware that customs fees may apply depending on your country's regulations — these are the responsibility of the customer.
When will my order ship?
Because each product is handcrafted with care, please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
How long does shipping take?
U.S. Orders: Typically arrive in 3–7 business days after shipping.
International Orders: Can take 7–21 business days depending on your region and local customs.
What’s your return policy?
Each Jara Luxe product is made by hand and with intention, which means we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or you experience any issues, we’re happy to offer an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Please reach out to us with your order number and a photo.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Our body and hair oils are 100% vegan and we never test on animals. However, some products (like those containing lanolin) are not vegan — we always list full ingredients so you can shop confidently.
